This web-based assessment will explore your well-being profile.
Informed by Martin Seligman's theory (2011), the well-being
assessment has five measurable elements (PERMA) including Positive
emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment. In
addition, to well-being, your signature strengths, engagement,
overall satisfaction with life and depressive symptoms will also be
assessed. All these measures may take approximately 30-mintues. All
responses will be kept confidential and in no case will responses
from individual participants be identified. Immediately after
registering the website assigns automatically each participant a
number, ensuring that user's identity is not known to administrator
of the website. Users also have the option of completing measures
without providing contact information such as email address, by
selecting the "anonymous" option.
If your data is used
for analysis, it will be pooled and may be published in an
aggregate form only. You can withdraw from the assessment at any time if you may feel uncomfortable answering the questions. If you
